# NeuroFusion

> NeuroFusion is a research platform for running repeatable brain and behavior studies.
> It combines jsPsych cognitive experiments, consumer EEG recording, recurring self-report
> prompts, and wearable health data into a single study container called a "quest", so the
> same measurement can be repeated in a lab, a clinic, a classroom, or a participant's home.

## What it does

- **Quests** — a study container holding onboarding, consent, prompts, experiments, and recording protocols. Participants join from web, iOS, or Android.
- **jsPsych 8 experiments** — Stroop, N-Back, flanker, go/no-go, oddball, reaction time, sustained attention, breath counting, working memory, and custom tasks. Runs in the browser.
- **EEG recording** — Muse 2, Muse S, Neurosity Crown, and other BrainFlow-compatible headsets. Browser recording over Web Bluetooth (BrainFlow compiled to WebAssembly) or via the mobile app.
- **Prompts and self-reports** — recurring scheduled questions with text, number, and yes/no response types.
- **Wearable health data** — steps, sleep, and heart rate via Apple Health and Google Fit.
- **Analysis** — built-in spectral decomposition, FOOOF periodic/aperiodic separation, ERP extraction, and eyes-open vs. eyes-closed alpha comparison. Custom Python scripts can be attached to a quest and run automatically on incoming data.
- **Export** — CSV and JSON exports with brain data, task performance, self-reports, and wearable metrics aligned by timestamp and participant identifier.

## Privacy model

Accounts are Nostr-based and anonymous by default — no email or password is required.
Mobile data is stored locally first, and participants choose what to share.
EEG and health data are treated as sensitive by default.

## Pricing

Designing and building a quest is free. Running a study consumes usage-based credits,
billed per quest run and per dataset submission. Organization plans add team management,
